Remove last special status

Andrii Verbytskyi requested to merge averbyts/athena:nospecialstatus into main

Remove last special status "902".

The special status comes from Athena and not from the external MC generators. The code is assigned in PhysicsAnalysis/TruthParticleID/McParticleTools/src/EtaPtFilterTool.cxx and is a complex combination of other status, cinematic cuts and JOs.

Most likely at some point in the past it was introduced as a quick hack to propagate some particle selection.
