DeMo update - Adding support for python3 and 2024 data
Merge request to migrate the DeMo scripts for Data Quality monitoring to python3 and to include support for 2024 data taking. The following scripts in athena/DataQuality/DataQualityUtils/scripts/ have been modified:
DeMoDaemon-grl.exe DeMoDaemon.exe DeMoGenerateWWW.py DeMoLib.py DeMoScan.py DeMoSetup.py
The RunWorkflowTests_Run3.py test fails (see attached log file), but I get exactly the same result with a clean checkout without my modifications, so it does not seem to be related to this MR.
