MdtCalibration - Clean up of the Mdt calib input & RDO decoder

  • MdtDigit: Streamline to 1 constructor. Add setter functions for adc & tdc values
  • MdtCalibInput - Ensure that a readout element is always constructed with a readoutelement. Do not calibrate masked digits which are thrown away afterwards in any case.
  • MdtCalibrationTool - Fix the twin calibration.
