TrigInDetValidation: fix art-pathena-flags-remove flag

This is a follow-up of !73808 (merged) (ATR-26472), where I may have missed a dash in the # art-pathena-flags-remove: "–respectLB" option. It may explain why the job didn't run well today: it processed a single file, instead of the 4 required by # art-input-nfiles: 4. Let's see if another dash fixes the problem.
