Cleanup in TruthUtils

  • formatting
  • Remove unused isPhysicalHadron
  • Add comments to some functions
  • Add const qualifiers to some function arguments
  • Rename getMother -> findMother. findFinalStatePart -> findFinalStateParticles, isHardScatteringtVertex-> isHardScatteringVertex
