ignore diffs for dcube-ckf-athena

The test_run4_acts_FT_ckf_*.sh ART tests are failing in the dcube-ckf-athena stage. We expect differences between ACTS and Athena, so we can ignore dcube failures there, as is done with the non-FT tests. We don't need to do anything about dcube-ckf-ambi, which isn't used in the FT tests.
