Add consistency check of 4/5 flavour scheme into MGControl

Implement the 4/5 flavour scheme checks into MadgraphControl according to the JIRA ticket.
This update introduces a consistency check for the flavor schemes based on particle definitions (p and j) in the process card. It automatically adjusts the flavor settings and relevant parameters in the run and parameter cards to ensure alignment between the defined particle content and the flavor scheme, logging warnings if discrepancies are detected.
