The main addition is the heavy ion format for open data, HION14. I added tools that were on 21.2 and are not currently on main, since they were needed for the derivation:

HICentralityDecorationTool
HIGlobalThinningTool
HITrackParticleThinningTool

I also added a tight configuration for HI on InDetTrackSelectionToolConfig
