Adjust electron analysis config to use ECIDS from flag

The necessary inputs to recompute the Electron Charge ID Selection BDT are not stored in PHYS but the DFCommonElectronsECIDS flag should be used instead to apply this selection. The analysis config was not adjusted accordingly yet.
