Add missing includes for aux containers into xAODPFlow

Mark Hodgkinson requested to merge atlas-particleflow-software/athena:mhodgkin_ATLASRECTS_8084 into main

ATLASRECTS-8084 highlighted that the includes of aux containers was missing from the clids.cxx file.

This MR adds them.

No changes to the output of reco is expected.
