Use Gaudi::Property for various InDetTrackSelectorTools

In the process, also drops nHitBLayerPlusPix in InDetDetailedTrackSelectorTool, which was used to put a cut on the number of pixel hits + number of innermost pixel layer hits, thus double-counting the number of innermost pixel layer hits, as it's included in the number of pixel hits. Not actively exploited in any tool config anyway.
