Add full root output to Run 4 IDPVM ART tests
Run 4 IDPVM ART tests only included a subset of all output root files transferred as outputs, which is inconvenient to investigate possible issues. The configurations are updated to transfer all of the output root files, similarly to all the other tests. The last_results outputs appear to be ineffective anyway so they are removed.
