Update PUReweighting config block to support multiple instances

Analysers expressed interest in running multiple configs in a single job for pile-up reweighting. This updates gives the possibility to do so. Incidentally, this also gives the possibility to run the PileupReweighting with a non-default config on top of PHYSLITE.
