With the Reco_tf configuration used in this test, the vertex collection is saved as PrimaryVertices, because InputCombinedITkTracks is empty in https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/main/InnerDetector/InDetConfig/python/ITkTrackRecoConfig.py?ref_type=heads#L620
