Add LHE particle record to PHYS, TRUTH1, and TRUTH3.

Add LHE truth container to TRUTH1, TRUTH3, and PHYS. This container stores the particles saved when JOs include genSeq.Pythia8.StoreLHE = True. The increase in size in PHYS is .024kb/particle/event. Typically an event has 10 particles in the LHE record which amounts to 30 Bytes/event.

The plan is to also add this container to PHYSLITE once we are given the green light from AMG.
