removed m_randomSeed in Starlight_i to resolve ambiguitiy with GenModule

I have removed m_randomSeed in Starlight_i to resolve ambiguitiy with GenModule, which has been causing the seed setting in Gen_tf to fail. This is the issue currently being explored on JIRA ATLHI-555
