Promote Egamma module to unit test, use standard athena argument parser

Make the example work as a unit test and use standard athena parser. Use standard Run 3 RAW file from testDefaults.

cc @peter @martyniu: hopefully this is all uncontroversial. I wanted to see how all of this was working and thought these would be useful improvements.
