Add Run 4 GN2 training to derivations

Leonardo Splendori requested to merge lesplend/athena:GN2HL_derivations into main

This MR adds a GN2 model trained on Run 4 simulations as part of my AQP.

It also removes the following taggers from the Run 4 derivations:

  • DIPS
  • DL1d
  • GN1
