Adjust PUReweighting config for Run4 PHYSLITE (ATLSWUPGR-193 ATLASG-2785)

Minor adjustments on top of !74457 (merged) to be able to run on files with Campaign.PhaseII + set RandomRunNumber to actual run number used for conditions
