modifications for calibration_ZDCCalib offline DQ webdisplay

I am trying to get the comparisons to references working, but I am using a non-standard stream (calibration_ZDCCalib) and reference location (located in the ZDC EOS area, not the DQM one). I was hoping to get advice on how to get this working (and then I will evolve this into the final configuration).

In the meantime, the changes are substantial, and are mostly working and provide access to most of the time-dependent variables in each run, so I would like to proceed with the MR.
