Conversion and testing Run2 to Run3 navigation: more corner cases identified and fixed

New AOD file (added in commented line) halped in identification of more "corner" (special) cases.

These special cases are handled in this patch:

1. Some HLT chains are excluded from the tests.
2. Improved testing for multiplicity and criteria for the remaining ones.
