TileRecEx: Use input data from CVMFS for Tile unit tests (ATLASRECTS-7933)

Tile unit tests has been updated to use input data from CVMFS.

New Tile unit tests has been added for script to reconstruct calibration runs (physics, laser, pedestals, CIS, MonoCIS).
