TrigMinBiasMonitoring: Small update to TRT monitoring

Krzysztof Ciesla requested to merge kciesla/athena:TrigMinBiasMonitoring_add_extra_TRT_chain into 24.0

This MR adds an extra TRT chain (which will be added to menu in !74690 (merged)) to MinBias TRT monitoring.
