[ATR-30167] Update trigger CI test in main from R3 to R4 MC input file & menu

This adds the mu=200 ttbar ITk trigger ART test over the Run 4 MC menu to the main CI.

To prevent the CI from running longer, it replaces the existing Run 3 MC test.

There is currently no maintained in-repo counts check for the Run 4 MC, unlike the Run 3 MC test it is replacing. This is expected to be added at a later date once the menu is more mature.

We continue to test in CI the Run 3 pp menu over Run 3 pp data in main, and the Run 3 HI menu over Run 3 HI MC. No explicit work is expected on the Run 3 menu in main, only sweeps from 24.0.
