MdtCalibration - Add uncertainty term from unknown pos along wire coordinate

Add extra uncertainty term in the Mdt calibration to account for the unknown position along the wire. The term is evaluated by calculating the drift time without the propagation correction (that's equivalent to the muon passed at the readout side) and by calculating the time subtracting the maximal propagation time (that's when the muon traverses at the HV side).

  • Remove the saggedLine surfaces from the Mdt calibration tool (!74427)
