Clean up of muon trigger EDM config

Savanna Shaw requested to merge sshaw/athena:muonedm into 24.0

Removing the L2Iso containers as they have never been used in Run 3. Removing the Late muon views from the list of views for the ID tracking containers as they have also never been included in Run 3 data taking. This should remove the remainign warnings discussedin ATR-25131.
