TRTCalib - different email notification approach and solving bin overflow
This MR addresses one problem observed with the previos email notification using the server email command. Now the email is send via python script and using the no-reply sender.
Additionally, the problem of the straw efficiency plot is solve - the range for the eff. was set from 0.0 to 1.0 hiding the straws with efficiency 1.
