Fix SimValid_tf.py for running on Tile Hits only

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:CaloHitAnalysis_main into main

Previously the CaloHitAnalysis algorithm did not support running on Tile with out LAr.

Also some white-space clean-up.
