Update BJetTriggerByYearContent.py, use TriggerEDM=3 settings also for TriggerEDM=4

Small one-line fix to allow derivations of Run 4 MC files.

Don't think we currently test Run 4 derivations in the CI or ART else we'd have seen this already. That's probably also a coverage hole to resolve.
