BTagging misID for Continuous scheme: bug fix of MR !71951

This MR aims to correct the selection of jets that meet the tagging criteria for the final bin in the Continuous scheme (bug introduced in MR !71951 (merged)). During my investigation of this flavour tagging scheme, I identified several inconsistencies: many b-jets were not tagged (as they exceed the 5th cutvalue for b-tagging, corresponding to the 6th bin), while numerous light and c-jets were incorrectly tagged (as they fall below the 5th cutvalue, as expected).
