Add a unit test for b-tagging

This adds a test for b-tagging, running from an AOD. It builds a jet collection, runs GN2v01, and writes the outputs.

There are two modes: slow and fast. Fast sets up about 20 times faster by avoiding the expensive track extrapolation packages.
