Activate flag to reduce Geant4 verbosity by default (ATLASSIM-7244)

Now that main uses Geant4 10.6.patch03.atlas14, it should be possible to reduce the Geant4 verbosity without causing Geant4 to crash at the end of the job (ATLASSIM-7244). This merge request switches on the verbosity reduction by default to allow wider testing.
