FPGATrackSim: add dcube ART for F100

Ioannis Maznas requested to merge imaznas/athena:FPGATrackSimCI into main

This should introduce a very first version (not sure how functional that may be) of an ART to have some plots using dcube for the F100. Once that proves operational and handy, we can start working on the other pipelines as well.
