TRTCalib - Changing the run folder name and reducing output size

This MR is meant to change the folder name from run_XXXXXXX_test to run_XXXXXXX.

Additionally, @nairz spotted and increase of size for the output file, it was caused by saving the track root file for all the detector parts piecetoken. Now with the this change it is only saved for piecetoken="all".
