DerivationFramework: adding flag for tau passing TauSelectionTool internal MuonOLR rejection

Follow up from !74971 (closed), add new variable in DerivationFramework, called passTATTauMuonOLR, mimicking the TauSelectionTool internal MuonOLR function.

This will guarantee the same output across different derivation formats, like PHYS and PHYSLITE, if an analysis would like this requirement in the tau object definition

Size increase tested using https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/main/PhysicsAnalysis/DerivationFramework/DerivationFrameworkART/DerivationFrameworkPHYS/test/test_mc23PHYSLITE.sh test, results are attached.
