Remove obsolete simulation configuration

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:RemoveObsoleteConfiguration_main into 24.0

This merge requests removes a Cfg method for a class which had already been removed from this branch. This Cfg method was the only client of flags.Sim.FastShower.InputCollection so that has also been removed.
