Moving ATHENA_PROC_NUMBER to ATHENA_CORE_NUMBER in Generation

Since ATHENA_PROC_NUMBER is now depreciated and not used anywhere but event generation, we should move over to ATHENA_CORE_NUMBER and keep up with the standards for Athena.
