Enables automatic testing of grids in POWHEG

Andrej Saibel requested to merge atlas-physics/pmg/mcexperts/powheg-experts/athena:main_gridtests into main

check_bad_st1 and check_bad_st2 for all proceses.

These settings check if the grid after parallelstage 1 and 2 is sufficiently precise for event generation.
