remove unused cdi code

When I ran CDIs, I got a error/warning saying CalibrationDataEigenVariations::excludeNamedUncertainty error: uncertainty named extrapolation from charm not found

I am not sure the purpose of these lines, from what I can see, it's coming from here, and all it does is printing out an error message as aforementioned here
