add HLT jets to EGAM3 and EGAM4 for fake photon rejection studies
addresses request in https://its.cern.ch/jira/projects/ATLEGAMDPD/issues/ATLEGAMDPD-259
The new addHLTJets flag is False by default, but should be set to True via preExec for a specific p-tag when the new cache will be built so that a few samples with this flag on can be produced.
