MuonCalibMath - Clean up Vol II

  • Introduce driftVelocity() & driftAcceleration() as member functions of the IRTRelation
  • Remove unused RtResolution0, MdtBFieldCorFunc0, MdtBackgroundCorFunc0, MdtCalibrationFactory, MdtSlewCorFunc0, MdtTempCorFunc0, MdtWireSagCorFunc0 functions.
  • Remove obsolete MuonCalibStl package
  • Replace RtSqrt by more flexible RootRtRelation function
