Draft: Update FTAG source label back to stricter strange hadron decay in flight categories

The ftagTruthSourceLabel is supposed to classify tracks of secondary origin (detector simulation decays). The categories StrangeMesonDecay and StrangeHadronDecay did not only contain decays in flight, but also hadronic interactions. So we should go back to the stricter KshortDecay and LambdaDecay categories. The strange hadron hadronic interactions we exclude with this and the other decays in flight, which might not be caught with this, will go into the Other category.
