Update L1Calo monitoring script - add legacy (trex) monitoring capability

Will Buttinger requested to merge will/athena:L1CaloCondSvc_dev into 24.0

Also adds some extra outputs to the AOD output file, and gives resimulation outputs a "_ReSim" suffix rather than "DAOD" suffix
