Downgrading warnings in MadGraphControl

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:MG5_warnings into main

All of these warnings occur under normal circumstances. To avoid confusion and concern, downgrading them to info messages. Most remaining warnings in a typical job seem to be from MadGraph itself, which we will have to address with an external upgrade (and with some MRs to their repo).

Taking the opportunity to update some copyright statements that haven't been changed in a while.
