Draft: ZDC: Fix for RPD Configuration in ZdcNtuple

Recently the flag enableRPDAmp was added to ZdcNtuple to enable writing of RPD per-channel information to TTree, however, this flag was not enabled in ZdcRecConfig.py. This MR sets this flag as intended.
