FPGATrackSim: Use proper maps for F100

Ioannis Maznas requested to merge imaznas/athena:FPGATrackSimCI into main

This should fix the non-existing pixel seeds, and the modified radii file shouldn't give a FATAL in this case.

Will be marked as ready once the cvmfs folders get synced (in particular /cvmfs/atlas-nightlies.cern.ch/repo/data/data-art/PhaseIIUpgrade/EFTracking/ATLAS-P2-RUN4-03-00-00/maps_9L/DataPreparation/v0.11) and after !75450 (merged) gets in.
