AtlasPID: bugfixes for isBBbarMeson and isCCbarMeson methods

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:AtlasPID_fixes_main into main

Previously the isCCbarMeson method was returning false for J/Psi (pdg_id=443) and all other ccbar mesons. isBBbarMeson had the same bug, but in addition was returning the values for isCCbarMesonby mistake. Bug was introduced in !69440 (merged) (25.0.1 onwards).
