Further extend AtlasPID tests

Work to expand the unit tests for functions in the AtlasPID.h header.
This merge request adds tests for additional pdg_ids: non-SM quarks and leptons, commonly used sparticles and gravitons. (Some helper functions required fixes to work correctly for these pdg_ids.)
