TriggerMenuMT: temporarily remove ZRad chains from pp menu

Hello,

This MR is removing a few chains that were introduced in !75186 (merged), as they are causing a rather large number of ART test failures (ATR-30365). This is a temporary measure, the chains will be reenabled once the underlying issue is fixed.
