Added new ASG Run 3 test files + rename AFII -> FastSim + enable TauAnalysis tests

New Run 3 ASG test files are introduced. They are not configured yet for any test. This can be done once the tests in AnalysisAlgorithmsConfig have been cleaned up from the deprecated analysis sequence tests for instance.

Also renamed AFII -> FastSim + re-enable TauAnalysis tests
